Our head trainer, Travis, will challenge you in every one of these areas. He has 5 years of formal training experience and is the head trainer for Vetted. His specialty is in corrective exercise, an approach that prioritizes proper human movement and addresses all areas listed above.
Travis loves to keep sessions fresh and fun, rarely having you do the same routine week after week and making sure you get a laugh in along the way! Exercise can be enjoyable, even if it is uncomfortable, so let Travis take the reigns and make the journey to health a blast.
Travis is currently a member of the Oklahoma Army National Guard and is the head fitness NCO for his unit. He can help prepare someone looking to enlist in the military or if they just want to train like a warfighter.
Pay one rate per month, based on sessions/week.
